Febuary 5 The Baby Boy Comes?

well my sister in law is giving birth February the 5. she tells me that the baby is really heavy And that she doesn't think she can carry him any longer i was wondering if there are any home remedies or any type of thing that she can do so that the baby can come out early or something she is in alot pain and that doctors say that she will gain a pound evey week that the baby is in there ( .5 pound for her and .5 pound for the baby ) so the baby is going to be really big so if anyone knows can u guys help please and thank u :)
