Ways to kind of "pimp out" my car?

well i'm a girl and i'm only 15 but my grandpa just bought me a 1996 ford contour and its kind of boring but idk i was thinking of maybe tinting the windows and getting like a neon light to go underneath of the car? some things like that would help but tell me some cool things to do. the car's green by the way
