Treasure Planet- What star/planet is B.E.N. referencing to when he says Kalepsian?

Just curious, though this is also for a fanfic. In the movie, when B.E.N. get his memory back, he utters the historic line, "Flint rigged the whole planet to explode higher than a Kalepsian kite!" or something of similar word play. Does anyone know if Disney consulted astronomers and picked a real planet/star system to use for this line, and if so what is the planet/star system's name? Or did they make it up (which I believe is the case, I want to double check)?
