Why should hard-working American's taxes go to support the lower cl?

I'm with you buddy. That's like if I study hard in school, show up to cl everyday and ert myself to make good grades, then having to give my grades and credit to someone who doesn't study, turn in homework, and never comes to school. IT JUST ISN'T FAIR!
