Astronomers, what is your opinion on this matter? (I'm curious.)?

Personally I'm going with the Great Attractor explanation. While Alan stated we should wait for more evidence, I don't think that evidence is going to come anytime soon considering the Great Attractor is conveniently in the zone of avoidance. But it seems a reasonable and the most likely explanation that a super cluster or a dense collection of super clusters is the reason for this. In my opinion, we should refer to Occam's Razor and given the current data the Great Attractor seems the best answer so far.
