How do i make make a turkey....?

trophy with only the feet and the beard? a long time ago when it was actually still turkey season my dad shot a huge turkey when he was hunting in our woods. 2 inch spurs 10-11 inch beard draggin on the ground huge tail it was beautiful. The only problem is that when he was cleaning it he kept the feet with the spurs and the beard. He fixed them so they wouldnt rot but he accidentally got rid of the tail. The feet and the beard have been sitting in our basement and no one is doing anything with them. For christmas i want to make them into a trophy for my dad, like on a plaque or something but when i tried looking it up the only tophies i can find are with the tail and the beard. How can i make this work? thanks for any help.
