I slipped up on vegetarianism :/?

So my lil sis was saying she gon go vegetarian nd shes 4 and so knowing my mom would kill me if my sister woulnt eat meat i took a bit of chicken so she would calm the eff down about wanting to go vegetarian...I feel horrible :( how horrible is it?
