Is Oatmeal Really Healthy for you? It contains "Saturated Fat" so how healthy can it really be?

The healthy benefits you get from oatmeal will far outweigh the detrimental effects - if any - of the small amount of saturated fats present in the canned variety. If you use skim milk on it, you will cancel out the effect of the fat in the oatmeal, as opposed to using 1% or 2% milk.
