Should I accept the following trade proposal for andre johnson?

My rb situation is very very thin. i have thomas jones, tim hightower, willie parker, and buckhalter. My wrs are a.johnson, r. moss, simms-walker, sidney rice. i was just offered r. grant and d.mason for a. johnson. Should i do this trade and get a guy that gets the rock 20 times a games considering how deep i am in the wr core and nothing at rb? he could be my willie parker replacement. please help me with this. this is a 1 team league with no rbs left for me to take in waivers.
