What type of gloves/scarf/hat should i own?

I live in Laramie Wyoming and If you guys don't know the winters there they are VERY cold and bitter. I want a hat (those that cover the ears), a scarf, and some gloves that will work. I want the gloves to be lightweight and still hold in the heat. Does anyone have a company/store that they think will have these things. Thank you!
