Should i trade Phillip Rivers for Steven Jackson?

I am offering Phillip Rivers, who is my backup to Donavan McNabb, for Steven Jackson straight up. I see good value in this trade. My other RBs are Brian WestBrook, Willis McGahee, Chris Johnson, Felix Jones, Ray Rice. I will Probably trade Jackson or McGahee for a playmaker at WR. is this a good Trade?
