What consequence awaits an owner of bingo game made trap to thieves if this trap killed an innocent child?

a child was killed due to the electric trap made known to owner of a bingo game in carnival for the reason of protecting his goods from thief. This child was only 8 years old and on his lunchbreak in school when shocked by a 220 voltz electric current through a trap which caused his death on the spot. this bingo game was located in public plaza due to incoming fiesta in our town.
