Why does my lovebird bite my parakeet's leg?

NEVER put 2 diffrent breeds in a small cage together it wouldn't matter if it was in a very very very larege walk in avery for all types of birds but in a small cage it is bad because they can be teratarial and as you saw they can bite and hurt one another or fight till death.
