I just lost my virginity and I have been experiencing a brown lumpy ooze coming out. My period comes in 4 days

Recently I got married and lost my virginity. Now I have not had my period for two months due to the type of bc i have been taking. Just within the last week I have been experiencing a brown discharge w/no smell. I am supposed to start my period in a few days...so could it just be old dried blood coming out?
